Black Angus Beef
Wilson Cattle Company is a small-scale boutique family farm with no rush to market. We run a cow calf operation, marketing Slaughter steers and bred heifers. Specializing in Black Angus cattle, we have a mixed herd of registered and commercial cattle. All our cows are breed with our registered Black Angus bull. The cattle are raised on pasture being offered hay and alfalfa during low winter pasture growth. Steers are finished out on quality grain to develop highly desirable fat marbling associated with prime beef.
